Funding Details

1. Is your company applying for funding? *
Funding source
2. Is your company an SME?
Not sure? How do I know if my company is an SME?

We use Enterprise Singapore's definition of a Small and Medium Enterprise (SME). Your company is an SME if it meets all of the following:

  1. Registered or incorporated in Singapore.
  2. Size: annual sales turnover of not more than S$100 million, or employment size of not more than 200 workers (meeting either one is enough).
  3. Local shareholding: at least 30% of the company's shareholding held, directly or indirectly, by Singapore Citizen(s) and/or Singapore Permanent Resident(s).

If your company belongs to a group, assess turnover and employment size for the group as a whole, not just the Singapore entity.

Select "Yes" only if you meet these criteria - SME status affects the funding rate, and Sapience Consulting may ask for supporting documents. If you are unsure, select "No" and contact us at [email protected] before submitting.
